That is the line replaying in my mind the whole day. Its refreshing to see bitcoin in the news again, along with all the hater’s commenting its a bubble and that bitcoin has no intrinsic value, tulips mania etc.
We hit a fresh new all time high today at $23.8k for bitcoin and excitement is in the air.
Will we see a fresh wave of crypto-mania like in 2017 where bitcoin cafe and shops appearing everywhere again? These establishment started disappearing in 2018/2019 when the price action of bitcoin went downhill and the hyped died down (while whales accumulate).
The Bitcoin cafe in BuiVien (Ho Chi Minh) was one of my favorite bitcoin cafe around and ironically, the OTC office is located beside Western Union. Sadly the OTC desk did not withstand the test of time and got demolish later in 2019. Western Union 1, Bitcoin 0.
Was a big fan of Vechain in 2017/2018, was happy to see it on the ‘wall of shitcoins’ :’)
If you are the owner of this cafe, kudos for setting it up. Hope to see it again when we hit the next ATH of $100k.
